I gotta say I agree with the first statement. I used to donate twice as many troops as I requested, and there was never an issue...ever. Then the Clan Wars started and people bitched if they weren't getting lev 5 or 6 troops. These people weren't even specifying "War Troops" or "High levels only." I once had someone bitch that I sent them level 3 troops for a raid...seriously. Regardless, it's becoming less of an issue for me as I'm halfway to level 4 on all my troops, and less people are complaining. The bitching really needs to stop though...or the "troop donation" stipulation really needs to be thrown out for lower level players.

However, as far as the second statement, I can't support this. I understand it's just a game, but it's completely selfish to just attack whoever you please. I'm rank 39 right now in the war, and often times I would log on to find some of our higher level people attacking targets that are at my same level. Yeah, they'll obviously 3 star their opponent, but then who am I supposed to attack? Am I supposed to move up and attack the players ranked in the 20s...or the 10s even? It just makes sense to attack someone close to your own ranking. Not only that, but you risk screwing the entire clan over by not attacking targets close to your own level.

No dont do it... Its so hard to get cash when you upgrade your TH. I woul recommend maxing everything out then upgrade.

I don't have a DE drill yet and I get oodles of DE from raids. Although I imagine having a drill helps a lot, I don't use DE troops. Minions and hogs Lev1 suck ass.

Nah, wait until all your non-DE troops are maxed at least... or at least the ones you use.

Seriously though, having a low trophy count (I'm lvl 80) is the greatest thing that I have done. I wish I would have done it a LOOOONG time ago. I've upgraded like 4 defenses in 2 weeks and I have upgrades two spells.

The only negative thing is that you have to look forever to attack someone that is worth attacking. I usually only attack if the village has 200k (or close) of each, gold and elixer. The other positive is you don't lose jack shit when being attacked. Win-win situation IMO

I may have to do this... just the thought of getting to 20k is mission impossible right now... forget 40.
