Is always weird seeing Oregon State in a kids top 5. They don't recruit very many if any elite prospects.

Speaking of Jon Bon, I have a buddy who's son goes to ND and has become friends with Jesse. He said one day they were in class and Jesse was on the phone with Thee Mr. Bongiovi. At one point, he handed the phone to my buddy's son and said "See if you can convince my dad to get me a new car and I'll sell you my old one." Stunned, the kid grabs the phone and has a little chat with Jon. Talk about top 3 life moments of all time.

I can relate. Not to take this thread off topic, but......Back in the 80's my wife worked for a company that made and distributed videos. The Yankees were one of their customers and they were handling a video called "Pinstripe Power". My wife knew I have been a Yankees fan since the late 50's. She comes home and asks, "Do you know someone from the Yankees name George Steinbrenner?" I told her yes and she asks, "What's he do"? I laugh and say "He's the owner, why?" She then tells me she talked to him today. I'm flabbergasted and say "Are you sure you talked to George Steinbrenner?" She says she did and he wasn't very happy. She's in accounting and tried to explain to him that the Yankees owed them money because they hadn't sold enough copies of the tape yet to offset the production costs in making the tape. I told her she had just got done talking to one of the richest people in the world. She then replies, "No wonder my boss said, "If he ever calls again let me talk to him""!

Told Biggins he will be at ND June 20th but is not participating in the camp. Just there to go with Nicco and see the campus/facilities/etc. Kelly and Denbrock are his recruiters.

Does he have an aggressive commitment timeline? If so, maybe he's trying to get the best possible feel for each school's "fit", and going with a good friend of his who will be camping (Nicco) lets him see how life will be, and he wants to see campus life. Or maybe he wants to hang out with Stanley. Or maybe he's hurt. Or maybe he and Snoop want to hit up club Feve and see what happens. Just spitballin'.

He just transferred to Bishop Gorman so he never would have known Stanley from high school.

A lot of these players have mentioned that they won't be working out. They see it as almost beneath them or they don't have to because they are the wanted. My hope is seeing some quality guys participate might change that but just getting them on campus is big. With that said I totally agree that all of these kids could use extra work, that's why Barnett is going to try and get as much work as possible.

Stanley and many former BG players go back and work out at the HS though, they might be able to strike up a friendship in the summer/later in the year which might help ND in recruiting him

Nothing earth shattering. He only has one summer visit set up and that's to ND. And he's thinking that ND and FSU will get officials.
