That's about right. He's said he's taking OV's and he said that he wants to have sometime to recruits other players. So like you said that outs the timeline a few months before NSD. I'd assume he takes all 5. We're in a good spot right now but this isn't over.

Disclaimer - I know nothing.

Is there any chance this 'package deal' thing is over blown? When's the last time they said they want to play together? Either him or Cornell also said they wanted to play with a LB I'm Texas (don't know the name) and there's no signs of that happening. Just wondering how much one really helps with the other.

I personally think the "package deal" thing is overblown ~95% of the time. So many players say it, but it rarely ever pans out that way.

But, obviously there's something to relationships and commits recruiting for their school. I don't view Hilliard and Cornell as a package deal, but getting one is probably going to help with the other given what we've heard about their relationship.

FWIW, I follow Hilliard and I think I follow Cornell on twitter and I don't recall ever seeing them tweet each other.

Yea, but, don't you tweet with recruits? That doesn't mean you have a relationship. There are a lot of different ways to communicate, most of which aren't out there for the world to see.

Yes according to Jashon they talk on the phone often about recruiting and visits.

Hahaha....it was nothing bad guys. There was a poster who was kinda bragging bc he knew all along Hilliard would have the Irish in the lead. I pointed out that he defiantly thinks EVERYONE has the Irish in the lead and gave a few examples of how he was wrong (and those instances, he told us how wrong we were lol). But I thought better of it and deleted it bc that particular poster is just oblivious to anything not pro-ND.

But now it's out there anyway lol.
