No clue just saw it on twitter, didn't La Mirada have a dissapointing season? Not saying that is the reason, but maybe it played a factor.

No info, but isn't it possible his family moved? I didn't see anything about being disgruntled or anything in the few articles that are out there about it.

His school had a bad year... so he moved to Texas?

Not saying that's the reason, but didn't he move here from Sweden recently? Maybe he picked La Mirada because it was a football powerhouse so he could get recuited, and when they didn't produce he left. Obviously there are plently of other great teams in Cali, so moving to Texas is kind of weird, but I am just saying maybe this played somewhat of a factor.

His dad was actually a foreign exchange student there, and that's why they picked it originally. No idea what changed.

La Mirada is not a football powerhouse.

Nebraska just pulled his scholarship.

This kind of crap seems to be happening a lot...

Are you f*cking kidding me? If he ends up at Michigan I will flip out. This is the first time I've ever heard them mentioned for him, much less in a Top 2.

This is my dude. Of all the QBs we've got a shot at, this is our best bet. We're not getting Rosen. Can't believe we haven't offered yet.

Lax probably wants this post back too

Riley runs a pro-style offense and is probably going in a different direction. Wow, I was little late with this one. Haha

more understandable because of the change of coaching staff though

Except not really, right? When you're offered a scholarship from a school they should have the balls to tell the coach to honor all of the offers out there. If they want to tell Dillman "you don't fit what I want and will never play here" that's fine but as an institution Nebraska should have more character than to fire someone and allow a new coach to pull scholarships a few weeks before NSD.

I agree.

Remember, the NCAA always makes the argument that the players whose transfer waivers are blocked "committed to a school, not a coach". It should follow that the school, not the coach, is returning that commitment.

I mean... yeah, obviously lol.

Here's the thing... first of all, I pumped the breaks immemdiately in the post after that. Second, that post was amended in many other threads after new prospects popped up (Brady White, etc.) and I said there were like 4 or 5 guys that I now liked better and was wrong about Dillman... because after his junior film came out I (and Sluh and pretty much everyone else) was like "wow wtf happened..." You can't project regression, and he really regressed.

...and then he transferred schools and wasn't eligible for his senior season. Even with that, he still had tremendous upside as a DT QB, and Nebraska recruited him hard.

So yeah, I'd definitely take that post back. Along with about 5000 on here where I've been really, really wrong. Like... REALLY wrong. I remember making posts about how impressed I was that Tee Shep was academics oriented and such in interviews even with his disability, and was transferring schools to be able to graduate early even though it cost him his senior season... and the guy ended up having freaking bogus transcripts.

You could fill a novel with just the posts where I've been an idiot or ignorant.

What do you think NDSean44 is doing during his week off? Writing that book. And it's non-fiction, not a novel.
