It seems as though the PA guys like it. It just never caught on in NY. I am actually only about 30 min from Erie,PA so I deal with the staties quite a bit. I will answer to just about anything. I have been called everything but a white man. (note) I am white

First, we hadn't been posting on the same threads much lately, so I have missed our old interaction; Reggie and Ronnie and all. And I do think it is funny that many on the thread cannot get dshans name right, first capitalizing the "d," then adding an "e." It is just little d. The most ironic thing is the people that seem to have the biggest problem with it, also seem to have the biggest problem with everyday grammar. Maybe it says something about rugged individualism. What I said to you yesterday, I meant in fun. I still stand by taking you up on your offer for a Spotted Cow some spring, summer, or fall day.

Now for the rest. So there is a gay guy on the board? No disrespect intended to anyone here but about 1 in 14 of the US population has had a homosexual relationship or describes themselves as gay. That is a bit over 7 percent. You all can do the math. I have gay family members, friends, acquaintances, and neighbors. Hopefully, things are at a point where we will reach a day where no child kills themselves from the shame they are made to feel over being gay.

As far as this site, there are some great people. Beau was teasing yesterday and it was funny, and everybody knew it wasn't serious. Others apparently don't have the comportment. Or the sensitivity. Or the sense. The last place you criticize a man is his woman or his mother. Unless you are trying to make a distinct point, and are willing to take it to the end and pay the price. Generally this site isn't for that, as many have referred to this site as a brotherhood.

So then the last place that any kind of derivative comments, (about postings of a members loved one) should be made is in this thread. Criticisms of those acting like asshats can be excepted, if not expected, before those said asshats make any smart comments. I personally would never post a picture of one of my loved ones, with the exception of number "5," which I did to show how small a package miracles come in. Hey, there you go for my hot chick!

To the moderators : I think people that make criticism of someone's looks in this thread show an insensitivity that is significant enough that it deserves a ban, temporarily at least. I am sorry I felt the need to do this, someone had to. I have seen good posters leave over hurt feelings. And to those so young that hold a resentment to "older posters" who make comments like this : learn a little about life and how to comport yourself. Find out where the line is. And then you don't have to be set straight, and then you don't have to feel small inside, and try to take out your embarrassment by juvenile attempts at putting us down.
