I know it's a long list, but if we have a first and second teams I feel there needs to be a healthy one. If we don't have a comprehensive list, then the same 8-10 people end up winning year in and year out. If they deserve it, cool. But there should at least be the opportunity for turnover, IMO.

But yeah, I have 5200 posts so my problem is probably not that I need to post more (although admittedly this was my career low in posts this year). Ha, I was just messing around with images of lions in iPhoto on my mac a few years ago and managed to get blue tinting out of a black and white image. I thought it looked cool, that's all.
