I can't stand Loy - number 1 reason I haven't signed up for 247. If Sapp were there it would be a no brainer.

You would be amazed at all the underground tattoo artists because of all the licensing, shop overhead, and general rules. Most times you can get them for next to nothing from somebody who you know that has a good set of equipment and can really do some art. I know a few people who came out with full sleeves for just under $100 (which is insanely cheap). They then used them to advertise via word of mouth.

My next door neighbor (who has no ink on him) owns 11 tattoo shops. Based on the exotic vacations, his property, and other things...tattoos must be very expensive.
