In all seriousness, I'd expect someone who ran a 4.9 to run a much slower 100m. Or vice versa (someone who ran a 12.0 100m to run a much faster 4.9).
A 12.0 isn't fast. Something <11.4 is fast. A 12.0 won't even make it out of districts at the smallest division in Ohio (and Districts are the first stage of OHSAA competition, ahead of Regionals and then the State meet).
