Basically, it began by Colin pumping up the performance and doing all of the talking, and you could tell Bob was thankful but wanted his air time too. Once Colin shut up and let Stoops talk, you could tell that Stoops doesn't give a shit about the SEC.
Stoops went on a rant and Colin barely said a word for about 3 minutes I'd guess, talking about how although he respects Alabama, they've owned the SEC the last 5 years, and how Oklahoma just proved they were the better team. He also talks about how 'you guys say the SEC is so strong' but I stand by my statements from before (the propaganda statement), they have 2-3 really good teams and the rest is nothing special.
Then he ends with this gem: (paraphrasing) 'Colin, isn't it funny how Texas A/M and Missouri go into the SEC and all of a sudden they're competing and near the top of the conference, yet when they were in the BIG 12, they were never at the top of the conference?'.
He can have Quick, he deserves him. Thank you BOB!
Side note - Bob emphasized how important it is to keep the game simple and let the players make plays. He said you don't get enough time with college athletes, so when you make things too confusing, all you do is slow them down.
Side Note2 - From his response to the questions about NFL interest, IMO he would definitely listen and leave if the right opportunity came along. Just guessing, IDK Stoops personally so IDK how to take his response, but he seemed interested.
