This is all taken WAY out of context.

1) I've never tweeted a recruit. In fact, the only two recruits I even follow are Luatua and Michiah Quick.

2) I don't have a problem with people tweeting a recruit as long as A) It's always accurate and B) It's always positive.

Do you guys have a problem with TurningPoint tweeting recruits, even though he's not endorsed by ND? I don't, because I know he'll do it responsibly. Also, when Tee Shephard asked for college info and whiskeyjack (I believe) tweeted him ROI info?

These are examples of reasons that IMO, it's not always out of line.

McKenzie is unsure as to how the Fighting Irish feel about him taking visits elsewhere. But he doesn't believe that being committed should prevent him from exploring the recruiting landscape.

"I don't know (if they would be supportive of the visit). I don't thinks so, I don't think they would like that. And it's not that I don't care... because I do," he said. "I just want to check everything out. I never took visits in my life so I want to take them and see what else is out there."

nope he's just making sure he gets to play somewhere and isn't left out in the cold. I have every confidence that he'll be a part of this class and only give him credit for setting u a plan B and doing it with as much class as possible.

Im really pulling for this kid, not only because he is a hell of a talent but he seems to really really want it. I dont blame him in the slightest for taking that official to Rutgers, he wants to cover all portions of recruiting and ill never knock someone for that

December 7th he would have the results back in early January. January 25th he probably wouldn't have results back by NSD.

I am also really pulling for IM, he really wants to be Irish and his film is electric.

I'd love for this kid to be able to be a part of this class, rooting like hell for him, but I have no problems with him having options and looking at either schools if he cannot get into ND.......best of luck on his tests!!!!
