The yellowish pants look awesome......they in my opinion make the blue jersey pop
I LOVE the new pants. Go back a watch a game from about 3 or 4 yrs ago and it's night and day.
The pants totally remind me of the Devine/Montana era... in a good way.
Re-watching the OU game, and does any else think we need to make a change on the pants?
The new helmet look awesome, but in comparison it makes the pants look mustardy, especially once they're sweated through.
I wouldn't mind them jazzing them up a bit. I think a lighter color yellow or an attempt at gold might look better.
So in re-watching the OU game, of all things, the pants stuck out to you. The ****ing pants? There is something odd and a bit creepy that the tight pants our guys wear were 'sticking out to you'
Something I've noticed about these Adidas jerseys while watching the UTenn game is that the design on the upper chest and shoulders looks to be functional, not just design oriented. If you look at the skill players, the white isn't so prominent vs the lineman who look like there is more white than gray on the shoulders. This makes me think that the design is some sort of elastic material to make them form fitting along the pads.
Thoughts?
all my non nd fans text me saying they loved the uniforms
loved the uniforms, was waiting to see if we would win in them before ordering one lol

Pink is the color in support of breast cancer research. I applaud their decision and admire all the players who support the cause, whether they know or appreciate it or not.
October is breast cancer awareness month.
Exactly. With Kelly and his wife's foundation (am I remembering this correctly). I would not be surprised if ND incorporates pink more.
I get the gesture but who isn't "aware" of breast cancer? Wouldn't the uniform money be better spent as a donation to cancer research?
The issue is, not that I know the details, are there monies being donated to the cause? If not, it's a crass publicity stunt.
Welcome to pretty much all of "breast cancer awareness month".
The whole thing is a sham at this point. Pink flags for the refs? C'mon man.
Sorry was just sitting around with my daughter, as my wife does some running around, and I was showing her ND stuff and different thoughts were running through my head.
Although I don't think anything is sticking yet considering she is only a month old. None the less she stares at all the highlight videos like she really knows what is going on. Makes me feel good anyway.
When I have kids I'm going to do weekly film breakdowns of the previous weeks' game as well as studying tape for the upcoming game.
"But dad we have homework."
"I'm not raising you to play school!"
