He plays in Missou, so that may be a reason he is rated lower. His tape looks really good for his ranking.

St. Louis isn't exactly a high school football hotbed (Ezekiel Elliot aside, of course), though Parkway Central is one of the better programs around. He was first team all-state in the biggest division last year.
Just wondering -- what's the basis for thinking he can play ILB? Is that what the coaches have said?

East St. Louis is absolutely churning out talent right now though, Terry Beckner Jr. is the #2 player for 2015. Andy Bauer, Roderick Johnson, & Brian Wallace are three elite OL this year too.
Initial word coming from BGI and II is that the staff likes his versatility and they think he could play any of the 4 LB spots.
What's funny here is this kid is rated higher than Martini or Trum. on rivals but people (on multiple sites not just IE) seem pretty reserved or even disappointed... me happy.
