Mike Farrell says he is an OSU lean.
It's destiny Quenton, don't fight it.

To say things have been trending the wrong way for Meyer and Co. would be an understatement. Eat it up Ant!

You put in a TON of effort on this, I'm sure, but you left out the names...? Names would definitely help.2012

Save Braden Smith... IMO Smith is the best OL in the nation this year. The silliest part is that it would be SHOCKING if Ohio State didn't land Jamarco Jones who is more elite than any of the guys ND currently has on the board... much less some other prospects. So I don't really understand the gloating.
Now this is something I'm not worried about right now. Warinner took a bottom of the barrel OL and turned it into the best OL in the B1G in just 1 year.Urban is always going to get elite players because when he decides to get hands on with the recruiting he's dynamite and Ohio State really sells itself to a lot of players. Warinner though... man, have fun with that.

Your analogy doesn't even make any sense. What are you trying to equate what to? And what the hell are oreos gonna have to do with anything? That's like being the skinniest chick in a Weight Watchers meeting. It doesn't matter because they're all going to slam a box of Oreos when they get home.

My point is Bollman had at most 10-12 OL in the team at any given point. Warinner is definitely a huge improvement over Bollman. That's for sure. And just like Mattison did a great job with the scUM D in his first year there, Warinner's done something special with our OL in 2012. Weird circumstances caused us to miss out on key OL players last recruiting season. Whether that will be a trend or a passing circumstance, only time will tell. We'll see soon enough.

He was the primary reason why we landed Decker in 2012. There has been a host of different reasons why a number of OL prospects didn't choose tOSU in 2013. Check the list that Urban offered but didn't commit here. A lot of them were because other coaches had more time to build relationships with the players than anything else. And the number of OL that didn't pick tOSU because of chance was high. And that is all I attribute it to right now. Weirdness. The 2013 recruiting class was very weird when it came to OL.
But Jamarco Jones is a pivotal recruit. If we somehow didn't land him, I'll say something is amiss. But as of now, I am not worried because there is still 10 months to signing day.
The best OL in the Big 10? How does one even decide that? As someone else posted, it doesn't really mean much since the Big 10 was so bad. OSU's best win in that 12-0 ring season was against a 5 loss Michigan, in a close game. Not to mention the other multiple close games with Cal, MSU, Purdue, etc. Living in ohio, I catch most osu games, and i never once said, "gee, that's a great offensive line'" It's hard to take much of anything from that team other than the fact that Miller can run all around those average Big10 defenses.
And to the point with Decker - well, no **** Warriner had a part in getting him to Osu.

To call Jamarco Jones a "pivotal" recruit is beyond absurd. Nothing is amiss.
Will participate in the Rivals camp this weekend, along with Sam Mustipher, Jay Hayes and Thomas Holley. I am sure Hayes and Mustipher will be in his ear all weekend.
Hope they all have great showings, and continue to build a camaraderie that should extend to South Bend in a couple years.
