I am rooting for Tennessee, not sure if that is one of his favorites, but they are my favorite in the SEC.

Haha he literally told the reporter that he hasn't been impressed with the receivers in practice because they already had good receivers at his high school. Rutgers supposedly leads.

CB Mackensie Alexander said he was surprised to see NotreDame call him this weekend. Title gm comments quickly followed

Hmmm. Probably just a feeler, but interesting nonetheless.

Wonder what he means by title game comments - from or to Alexander? As in, we need more good cover guys?

Probably.

I'll seriously laugh my *** off if we land him/take his commitment. One of the weirdest recruitments ever.

Never gonna happen. Dudes all over the place. Loves the attention and ND is nothing more than a way to get more of it.

Is strange that we reached out on any level here.

Honestly, it makes sense to me. No matter how all-over-the-place the kid is, he'll hav to decide by signing day or shortly thereafter. Why not jump on at the end and see what happens?

it isn't like we didn't put in any leg work early in the season, he has been on campus and knows what we offer.
