There are also rumors that the people around him are very hard to deal with to say the least. Again, no idea if this is true, just stating what is circulating out there.

That's a good question. I would think that if we beat USC this weekend the chances are good that a ND hat could be on the table. Not saying he would choose ND, but a hat could be on the table.

You mean because he'd think it looks good to have the #1 team in the country represented on his table? If so, I agree. If you are saying that this game has any real impact on his recruitment as far as we are concerned, I disagree. We seem to have moved on from Priest's recruitment. I don't think he's considering us any more, nor are we recruiting him.

Having the number 1 team on the table would just add to the media circus and add some publicity and hype. Just my two cents and opinion. Nothing more.

Accoding to the guys at BGI we aren't actively recruiting him. Its redfield and moore for the CB/S spot. With that said a lot of names have starting popping up lately that we haven't been actively recruiting.

I was under the same impression, but Mike Frank thinks we'd still take Willis in a "best available" sort of situation.

Same with Alexander I think its we'd take them if they want to come but we aren't spending a lot of time and resources on those recruitments. Visits, phone calls, etc.
