Good news is Michigan didn't close well last year. Landed most of their class in the spring/summer and then lost out on the recruiting battles late for guys like Josh Garnett, Yuri Wright (pre-Twittergate), flipping Brionte Dunn, etc.

IMO Treadwell is every bit as good as Floyd coming out. Kid would make a immediate impact on offense.

As a prospect, easily Treadwell. I am going off of memory, but I don't believe that any site had Floyd as the #1 WR. I'm not sure if any don't have Treadwell as the best receiver in the country.

I dont think Treadwell is as good as Floyd coming out at this point. More athletic...yes. Also remember Floyd came out with AJ Green, Julio Jones too. Not a bad crop lol

One interesting tidbit was Floyd was the 27th best player in his class but the 6th best receiver. Treadwell 23rd best player but 1 receiver.

No way would I put Treadwell over Floyd if they'd been in the same class. Treadwell is more along the lines of Arrelious Benn, a notch below Floyd.

The very latest, per Wiltfong, is that Treadwell has had recent conversations with the staff (Chuck Martin, Brian Kelly) that have gone very well. Treadwell likes our African-American grad rate, and he ls impressed with Golson. No visit lined up yet, but Wiltfong expects him to set one up. Wiltfong still believes that there is no leader among Ole Miss, Michigan, ND and Oklahoma.

I dont take Mike serious. Boyd stock grew in camps where they don't tackle. Fosters film speaks for itself. Mike also refuses to move VH3 to the number 1 corner, because he said earlier in the year that Fuller might pass Nkemdiche as the best player in the country.

WHEN Robert chooses Ole Miss I think there is a chance a lot of kids start taking a real hard look at Ole miss. More than a few recruits have said that Robert going to Ole miss will have an impact on their decision. Not sure if it will impact Treadwell's decision but a strong class because of Robert could.
