After ND wins against Wake (counting my chickens before they hatch) this game will be the most stressful game I will ever watch because of what will be on the line. I can't wait for it but it also makes me nervous. They have great talent but poor coaching.

Yep-completely agree.

Last time ND won USC played very flat-I do not anticipate that being the case this year. They'll have a huge opportunity to humiliate the Irish and save their season. In their crumbling house.

Very dangerous game.

This will be the biggest game since 1993's Florida State game. Consider that for a moment haha

And now that I think about it, if one of the other two undefeated teams lose, this will be the biggest game since 1989's Miami game. Holy ****.

guys enjoy the relative calm that this week brings because next week we are going to be having sleepless nights and onset stomach ulcers with all the stress and nerves we will be having!! Wouldnt want it any other way though..GO IRISH!!

Seriously doubt they'll be dogs. Has USC even beat a team with a winning record yet? I made a $50 bet with my friend that ND would win 8 games or more this year, we're now going double or nothing on the USC game. I doubled or nothing'd with him because I expect them to be favored.

This will be a competitive and closely contested game despite USC having a less than average defense. The "Notre Dame Quit" conversations last year combined with USC's desire to end Notre Dame attempt to have an undefeated season will fuel this. However, if ND follows Stanford's blueprint...throttle Lee and punish Barkley, Zero/minimum ND turnovers will spell Victory for ND.

The next couple of years may be miserable for both USC and Michigan...new offense and a young defense coupled with a coach on the Hot Seat. Their offense may resemble this years Standford.

That's the bet I should have made. I made 2 bets with O$U fans that we would finish with a better record than them. I'm really pulling for Wisco and Mich these next few weeks.

Oh yeah... I'LL BE AT THE USC/ND GAME!!!!!

Does anyone wanna volunteer to pay my bail when ND wins?

Would much rather be underdogs than favored going into Southern Cal. I've just felt better when we've been in that role this year.

I fully expect Kelly to have Barkley's "quit" comments all over the locker room. If that's not motivation I don't know the meaning of the word. Fully expect the Irish to come wit it!
