the CBLive spot sure made him look good... I would love to see him in a ND uni... after last year's class I am taking the mindset with all of these kids (especially the studs) that none of them are ever playing for ND until the LOI comes in...

hopefully our Irish have a good strong season and hold things together...

Go Irish

I'm high on Golson, really like Kiel, but there is just something about Zaire that makes me think he's gonna be special

If someone can find a video of this CFBLive thing, I'd love it if you posted it.

I saw this the other day on ESPN...I got pretty giddy...he throws a real pretty ball. Can move around NO PROBLEM...and drew about 500000000 comparisons to Mike Vick. NONE TOO SHAB boys.

I'll take a lesser Mike Vick anyday of the week.

I say lesser, because Vick is a once in a generation talent. Lesser could still be elite.

He doesn't have the rocket arm or 4.3 speed of Vick but I will say that he does look a lot like him playing QB

I love how BK is loading up with great QB talent. It is the single most important thing he can do, especially as he is recruiting other areas well.

Only his/her 4th post. I'm assuming it's all emotional. The poor noob has no idea the attacks those kinds of statements will attract.

Hopefully their trajectories are different, but I think Gunner is vying for most underrated skill set since Jonas Gray. A lot of people seem to have a deep desire to think Gunner is over-rated, but the fact is he is a big, tall, strong, fast, confident, accurate, and experienced QB with time to develop. He is going to be really good, and we are going to have some real elite-level depth in a year or two at that position barring transfers.

I'd say an elite playmaker has to emerge from this bunch. Even if one transfers the talented depth would still be there.

It doesn't always work this way, but ideally, the competition would elevate the gameplay for all these kids and one or two would prove to be able to move the ball anywhere, anytime, against anyone...

It appears to have been shot down as a possibility, but just thought it was interesting to note a few guys over at Bucknuts seem to think he can be flipped by Urbie if UM so desires...no reason given other than because he's UM which implies he's going to dig being told he's the next Percy Harvin.

No need to keep posting stupid rumors from OSU fans.

Nobody here cares what they think.

Nobody forced you to read or respond. Given that more than one person has responded, apparently some people found interest/entertainment in the current recruit situation in Columbus.

Considering the fact that OSU already has a QB commited, they wouldn't even take Zaire now.

It's just a ridiculous rumor nobody would take seriously.

Zaire Continuing To Build Bonds

Love this kid.

“We’re not going to really force anything down his throat,” said Zaire. “We’re just going to show him how all of us fit together so well. It's more than football. This is a family, a family-oriented team. We're always going to be here for him and we always support each other in all of our endeavors in terms of winning games and trying to win national championships.

“We're not really going to force anything on him. We're just showing him what we have to offer. He can either join us or do his own thing.”
In reference to Anzalone this weekend.

Zaire expects himself to be a leader on and off the field and was more excited about the attention the feature brought to the IrishMob13 than himself.

“It was good exposure, but at the same time I want to let everybody know, especially ND fans, that you've got somebody who is going to work hard and win championships for you.”
This was in reference to his feature on College Game Day.
