I saw this the other day on ESPN...I got pretty giddy...he throws a real pretty ball. Can move around NO PROBLEM...and drew about 500000000 comparisons to Mike Vick. NONE TOO SHAB boys.

Hopefully their trajectories are different, but I think Gunner is vying for most underrated skill set since Jonas Gray. A lot of people seem to have a deep desire to think Gunner is over-rated, but the fact is he is a big, tall, strong, fast, confident, accurate, and experienced QB with time to develop. He is going to be really good, and we are going to have some real elite-level depth in a year or two at that position barring transfers.

I'd say an elite playmaker has to emerge from this bunch. Even if one transfers the talented depth would still be there.

It doesn't always work this way, but ideally, the competition would elevate the gameplay for all these kids and one or two would prove to be able to move the ball anywhere, anytime, against anyone...

Love this kid.

“We’re not going to really force anything down his throat,” said Zaire. “We’re just going to show him how all of us fit together so well. It's more than football. This is a family, a family-oriented team. We're always going to be here for him and we always support each other in all of our endeavors in terms of winning games and trying to win national championships.

“We're not really going to force anything on him. We're just showing him what we have to offer. He can either join us or do his own thing.”

In reference to Anzalone this weekend.

Zaire expects himself to be a leader on and off the field and was more excited about the attention the feature brought to the IrishMob13 than himself.

“It was good exposure, but at the same time I want to let everybody know, especially ND fans, that you've got somebody who is going to work hard and win championships for you.”
