If (when) we get Elliot to flip, BK needs to do the Obama walk:

osu is doing what Meyer has done at his other schools. Getting kids early, seeing how other kids do their senior year, offer, and drop kids. Remember no offer is "official" till after the summer. osu is going to do things that ND wont do just on a "high character" school. Not saying what Meyer does is illegal but there will be changes to their team, as well as probably who they will sign in Feb.

Are you saying that Urban Meyer may tell a kid who is already committed that he can no longer come to O$U for football? If that is the case, that definitely sounds like it is breaking some rules.

You can pull a scholarship from anyone at any time for any reason before they sign on NSD. And even after someone signs, you can still force them out through BS like "grey shirting"....

The more I think about it the more I want us to flip him. He would just be such a great fit in this offense. He moves so well in space and is very good catching the ball. If you would have told me in April Zeke Elliot for sure Ryan Green maybe that would have been much easier to decide, damn kids! Lol

I had to read and reread this thread about a dozen times to understand every post. See, I guess I am not very good at understanding the convoluted bull shiit that some pencil necks put kids through! Nothing against any poster here; this is about the subject of your messages. Your messages were always succinct. These other coaches and recruiters; what a vomitus vile of pig swallow. Seriously, I saw a special on small Amazonian catfish that bore into your abdomen, and swim into any orifice (I mean any orifice) and eat their way out. Seeing pictures of the dead bodies left in their wake was much more palatable than this conversation of recruiting tactics.

Makes me want to take a shower just thinking that we almost hired Urban as our coach.

This is not the case at all. If a kid commits to OSU, then his scholarship is safe. Meyer kept every kid that had already committed before he was hired in last years class, and I haven't heard of his removing scholarship offers from committed kids (only exception was when a kid got into trouble with the law).

Michigan did this last year with Caleb Stacey OL from Cincinnati, so idk why you guys don't put Hoke on blast like you do Urban.

And I too get tired of OSU fans who think every kid wants to go there, and it is just a matter of if Urban lets them or whatever. Not all of us are that naive.

OSU is still recruiting running backs for the class of 2013. They are still recruiting Green and Mizzel and both have committable offers. The staff was originally reluctant about Green just because the depth chart is already full of power backs, but they seem to have changed their tune and are fully invested in aquiring his services.

I haven't heard anything about Zeke waivering or any other commit for that matter, but like Anzalone, sometimes it is very sudden and a surprise.

Zeke did an interview for an OSU site and said he was aware that they are still recruiting running backs, but in the interview he said it didn't matter to him and didn't seemed bothered at all. I am aware it was an OSU site, so he may have been telling them what they wanted to hear, but I'm just telling you what he said.

Ah, you're thinking of the candiru. It swims into your urethra and lodges itself in your urogenital tract.

That's one of 'em. The other just bores into your gut, rips through the flesh in a circular motion and then eats you from the inside out. Nothing but skin a bones . . .

PS. speaking of horific things. Urban has done this, just not documented at pOSU. Michigan does now do this. Notre Dame does not.

I grew up Irish Catholic in Ohio. Like Toledo Central Catholic, Scarlet and Gray; The Fighting Irish. You cannot do that anymore. My attorney's brother (toughest guy I played against in high school; he played for Central) lives in Columbus, and you cannot root for both pOSU and ND. YOU ARE REJECTED! When I found out about this and the Tressel bull shiit, I rejected anything to do with pOSU, even ended a blossoming relationship with a girl who had a dog named Tressel.

man that sucks... probably should be a rule though. Of course, SEC schools like Alabama do **** like that all time and no one seems to care, especially the NCAA.

Lovely! I'd be curious to know the name of it. I have a weird interest in animals like that.

The thing that bores through your gut, turns you into a circular object, and explodes you from the inside out, is called the "typical diet of this board on gameday". I'm not sure of the Linnaean scientific name.... pretty frightening though.

Well, if that is really his dad, at least he and his family knows we want his son to be Irish. Would really love to have him here.
