I don't want that at all. That type of thinking got us in trouble from 04-08. I would much rather have no 'only DH' player and let the older regulars take days off there (i.e. Arod, Jeter, Tex, Swish, etc.) while sprinkling in at bats against lefties for Jones and whoever they bring in (or Chavez if he comes back) against righties. It also allows for Nunez to get more at bats this year as well, which I would love to see.

Please Cash, no Pena or any other DH type.

The Pirates and Yankees have a framework for a possible A.J. Burnett deal in place, according to Buster Olney of ESPN.com (via Twitter). The deal is not done but the two teams have a lot of common ground and Pittsburgh is still the frontrunner, Olney tweets.

Yesterday we learned that four teams are in on Burnett, but the Yankees feel that the Bucs are the best match. One of those four clubs is on Burnett's no-trade list, which reportedly includes ten West Coast clubs.

Not only broke skin, but he almost died from amount of blood loss...sounds like it was pretty freaky. Did you see what the douche Schilling had to say about it?
