On there IPC Twitter page there is 16 sec. video of Malik saying its pushed back a few days but below that from hours earlier there is a post to set a reminder in Twitter for a 9pm on the 9th "Live commitment with IPC"

Maybe or other something came up and it needed to be pushed a few days. Hell, I can see it being put off until the eve of the official visits to get the good vibes flowing. It happens all the time with programs to get the momentum moving a little quicker.

At this point I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt however come Thursday 9pm and something happens again then, sure.

A poster on 247 said that they heard that the kid that was going to commit didn't have a committable offer.

Loy simply replied with, "I do not expect this kid to be coming to ND, and I will leave it at that."

I feel for this kid, but IPC is a joke and even more of a joke now.

Don’t like to speculate but I’ll speculate on Zavier Hamilton. We saw this movie last year where they offer kids from the southeast or west coast to put a foot in the door but then it’s a camp to earn offer type offer (Bama does this with hundreds of kids) and then awkward once they actually camp.
