I think everyone assumes Elijah Shumate will be Irish in 6 days. Yuri may (but likely won't be) Irish at the same time.

Then Westerkamp is likely to flip to Irish right around the same time frame (1/4 -> 1/7).

Sorry I don't have more than that... 2 days left on my self-imposed premium site/twitter ban... well worth it thought to keep my sanity on the whole Tee Shephard thing.

I this in another thread but I really think the staff pulls off getting one elite guy that we thought we didn't have a shot at like Poole, Garnett, Agholor, Fuller, etc

I saw on 247 that Hamilton is now considering ND. However, ND was included in a very long list of schools. Definitely shows that Shumate or perhaps a combo of Shumate/Wright are in his ear about us.

I'll go check that out. He'd be our highest rated recruit since Clausen.

If I remember correctly, Hamilton never received an offer from ND. Also I dont think the staff ever really showed too much interest. I could be wrong though.

After doing some research it appears that Hamilton didn't have the grades to pass admissions. Maybe that changed but doubtful oh well.

What happens if Wright commits and Poole decides he wants to flip? I read somewhere (I think GB posted this) that Tracy Howard and Poole don't get along too well? If Howard commits to UF, anybody else feel this could cause a crunch at DB?

Pure speculation and not likely, but it could happen.

If anything it would push guys other positions (ie prosise to offense), but i cant see any way we would turn elite DBs away with the current state of our secondary to next year.

Some of the DB's can play offense. They would probably move to offense if we added 3 more to the group

From what I've heard, John Turner is much more likely to be the one who "grows" into a LB than Baratti at this point in time. I think the same could likely be said for a dude like Chris Badger... he has undersized LB written all over him.
