Makes sense, will definitely shake up some rosters at the top factories. Wonder how it'll affect smaller programs though? I hope Texas State doesn't lose 15 of their 0-2 star kids because they're not getting playing time.
Definitely gonna be some calibrations and growing pains to start.
Unless they can patch parts of dynasty after release, it might be smart to have sliders to dial up or tune back on player movement. They could even bring back a point system allocation like they had back in the day, to weight recruiting, training, transfers, etc.
You can allocate all your points to recruiting, but you don't get as many transfers, or hold on to as many from your own squad that are looking to leave... conversely, you can allocate more points to transfers, but you get less to spend on in-season AND offseason recruiting of freshmen and JUCO's.
A lot of ways they can go with it. I just hope it's not totally random, thus leaving everyone screwed until the next year's release if the mechanic is broken.
