With Michigan coming out in the away version of what they wore against us, I am thoroughly convinced that we will be wearing the home version of what we wore. Anything else posted by the Ndfootball equipment people on twitter is just a smoke screen. IMO

Yeah I would doubt it. I think the makers of the shirts are just students, and I would be surprised if this well kept uniform secret got leaked to them.

Totally agree.

That's what I thought the moment I saw the Michigan throwbacks make a return.

It makes sense since our throwbacks just so happened to be green and not blue.

It does say underneath that they are unsure whether those are for the USC game or if they are for a different game this season.

UPDATE: Well, actually a clarification. This pic and tweet are from July. They are real. However, we still don't know 100% for sure what jersey ND will wear. I'm thinking these have to be it, or if they are for the Martland game; then that means ND will have worn 3 alternate uniforms this season ( and that ain't even counting the BC rumor). I personally hope ND wears the home version of what we saw against Michigan.
At any rate, BK is putting his stamp on the program with throwing "tradition" in respect to the uniforms aside. That's a good thing.

guys i think we are really going overboard with some of the ideas. i get that everyone including me is excited about this game but some of these theories are just ridiculous. the wildest thing i could imagine them ACTUALLY doing would be a home version of the "under the lights" jersey. Just remember guys, were ND, not Maryland.

If it is a home version of 'under the lights', wouldn't that imply that USC would be wearing throw back jerseys as well like MSU did this weekend? I haven't heard anything about that, not that it couldn't happen, but typically there would be a mention of it somewhere.

When UCLA and USC play each other, it's glorious:

UCLA's are terrific, USC's are awful. That red/yellow color scheme is terrible, the Trojan on the helmet looks like a 3rd grader drew it... ugh, there's nothing good about it.

And I love, love, love the classic uniforms around college football. USC's make me want to vomit.
