Yea would love to see these be the permanent unis. The pants were on point, just need to tweak the helmet color. Still too yellowish. Been told they have some sort of paint or color issue/shortage

Think an underrated aspect of what made the uniform work was the white socks. While I would be open to changing to that color of pants full time, I think changing from navy socks to white socks at home is most important.

These pants were great but I loved the shiny gold ones Lou sported-I have a feeling those pants were too hot but todays fabrics should be able to handle a shiny fabric.

Unis yesterday are far superior to what has been worn since UA partership started. Totally agree, make these unis permanent, just work on the helmet color a bit.

Agreed. Attempting metallic gold on fabric looks bad. The mustard is more historical and compliments the rest of the uni better.

Agreed x2.

The pants are actually the correct pantone. I remember being bewildered when UA showed them and then the research backed up what they were doing. So if that's your true school color, then that's what it should be. And you'll get no sympathy from me as I had to wear brown and gold in college.

IDK man. Just seems to fit into the age range that the "ME'ME" movement started.

I am a Gen X and have to ask: you honestly think “me, me” started with millennials? Gordon Gecko, massive pension plans that they closed for the future but kept for themselves, 1.8 kids who will have to pay for their two parents SS and Medicare...no, my friend, the Boomers started this crap.

I thought the pants on senior day and the jersey's should be the every game getup. The pants were lighter but not metallic shine. Since last year I have noticed the helmets have been off color wise, they need to get it fixed. Some angles against Stanford they looked great and some angles they looked to yellow. They also need to get Schutt F7 helmets in the rotation asap.

Agree x3. Correct to the schools official colors. Love the pants.

Under Armour terminated their 15-year, $280 million apparel deal with UCLA due to lack of 'marketing benefits'. The deal with Under Armour in 2016 was the biggest apparel deal in college athletics at the time it was signed.

Under Armour's statement said:
"We have been paying for marketing benefits that we have not received for an extended time period. The agreement allows us to terminate in such an event and we are exercising that right."

"We know that this has been a challenging time for athletes, sports programs and performance apparel brands alike. . Under Armour will continue to preserve our strength in this challenging environment, while maintaining a strong network of partnerships with individuals, organizations and leagues that make us the on-field authority for focused performers."

Under Armour is the official sponsor for 22 FBS programs, including Auburn, Cal, Maryland, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Utah and Wisconsin.

Does this make our deal UA's biggest college deal now?

IDK. Didn’t ND’s deal involve stock options? UA’s share price is pretty low.

ND has the "option" to take stock instead of cash. Not sure if they did.

I'd guess yes unless some newer deal is more. Our deal was the biggest when we inked it (said to have been worth 90M). UCLA's was off the charts being ~3x as much. I remember a couple years into the deal with UCLA, many of UCLA's athletes were complaining about the poor quality of the shoes, and some even refused to wear them. UCLA probably didn't like the negative press.

What are the green unis like this year? Hoping they are the dark greens with the gold numbers that we work for the Bush Push.
