Yes. ESPN had a shot of the equipment staff getting ready and the names were on the back of the jerseys. But this really shouldn't have been a question... bowl contracts have always stipulated such.

I’m sure we have names today,... my point was its not mandated or that if it is, such a mandate is brand new as ND has gone without names plenty of times in the past.

Confirmed that names are on the back. I can't tell if they are dark blue to match the numbers or actually black. Lets hope it looks decent on camera.

Not sure if anyone has any knowledge on this but my favorite helmet is the schutt F7, it’s also the highest or 2nd highest rated in terms of safety I think (not 100%), ND doesn’t use them, would love some of our guys to wear them next year. Not sure if the just don’t outfit ND or what. I know our guys used to wear the schutt air xp.

Darn I love the F7 helmets would love for us to sport them. And I have seen they have a better safety grade than vicis? Some of the vicis helmets look a little goofy on guys. And not sure if anyone noticed during day games they look more yellow. Not a fan hopefully they fix that.

Does anyone know where I can find a Mini Helmet, that has the Newer look to it (More Authentic Golden Dome paint job)

Id love to buy an official sized one, but I don't have a grand or so to spend on one.

Yea I think Vicis and F7 are the top ones, xenith just came out with new ones, worn by the Adidas all American players that is rated highly in terms of safety. Just wish we had a little more diverse look.

The wake game the vicis helmets looked so much more yellow. It was bad.

Silver??

I worded that wrong. Not silver, but a lighter gold. Look at the pants back in 2011 or earlier. Much different than the mustard yellow they have now.
