Second Season of Dark. I think I have to put this show in my top 5 of all time. Just absolutely incredible.

Yup, Yellowstones has a ton of angles. So many good characters with interesting back stories. I'm a little bummed they killed off my favorite bad guy. Terrific actor. Looking forward to tonight's premiere. I know there is a lot of chatter comparing Yellowstone to Dallas, but I just don't feel it. Except for the whole family dynasty and patriarch thing, which is similar to a lot of shows, not that similar to me. Costner isn't Jock, there is now JR lol, etc.. I wasn't a fan of Kelly Reilly until this show. Love her character and she plays it well. Love Rip's character, and also enjoy the Jimmy story line. Danny Houston is always good.

I really liked City on a Hill. Thought E1 was very good, but a lot of set up. Lot of good actors. Big fan of Hodge, Tucker, and Chapman.

Check out Succession on HBO if you haven't yet. The writing/dialog/pace reminds me a lot of Billions. S2 coming later this summer. Great cast. Also, Big Little Lies is pretty damn good for a chickish show. I promise you the wife will love it. It's got terrific writing, cinematography, casting, etc., and several of the chicks aren't hard to look at lol. Great music too. Just watched S2E2 and everything looks like it's going to hit the fan.

That's it right there. I really like Luke Grimes as Kayce and as an actor. He really sells the emotional side of his character. Reilly gets you to the point you want to smack her. That means she's doing a good job acting.

Watched E2 of City on a Hill. It's going to be a good series.

We watched Big Little Lies first season. We've recorded this season but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. It's pretty decent. I'll check out Succession.

Started watching Deadwood again. I'm up to S1E7. Still as good as I remember. Timothy Olyphant is underrated as an actor. Ian Mcshane as Al is great with his smart as$ retorts.

Yeah, that's a great first episode. Breaking Bad may well be the best show ever. There's not a single bad episode in the entire series.

Started watching S2 of Big Little Lies. I'm not sure if it is Meryl Streep, her character or a combination of both, but I feel like reaching through the TV and smacking her. lol

My only beef with the show is Laura Dern and her character. She's the president of a large corporation, yet she's at home, running around town or, dropping the kids off at school all the time. It would help if she dressed the part of an executive.

I've been watching Civil War Gold. Based off the story that the Union Army from Michigan caught Jefferson Davis in Georgia trying to escape west with wagons full of gold bars. The Michigan outfit secretly took the gold back to Frankfort Michigan.

I had serious reservations about this, but it's entertaining to learn some of the historical pieces you don't typically hear or read about.

Fast forward they are hopping all around the country talking to people. It's reported a ship with a train car of gold bars was pushed off a boat into Lake Michigan. They dive and find these gold bars, get excited but can't touch them until they have the proper permits. They dive again with a metal detector only to find these are actual bricks painted gold. lol

Now they are trying to sell the story that someone planted them and are trying to throw them off the track. Me thinks the producers helped come up with that idea.

ST S3 was better than I expected. I was a little down on S2.

Mrs. Wheeler is looking good! lol

One thing I didn't like about in S2 was the "sister" narrative. Thought she would pop back in during S3.

Season 3 was fantastic. Might be better than season 1, idk I'll have to rewatch to decide. Definitely better than season 2.
