Sauerkraut with Nathans dogs/brats/ and boneless pork loins on top seasoned with a little garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasoning, broiled on top until the kraut is toasted just a little crisp with a beer and side dish sweet corn.

Chilaquiles! So good. However, on my last bite I took a look at the salsa verde and saw almost nothing but seeds. Still worth it

Bratwurst with Bush's grillin beans (steakhouse) and collard greens. Is there such a thing as eating too much collard greens?

Ha making some mustards and collards right now... when it's a good batch it's the ultimate multiple servings food.

A small green burrito w extra green will forever hold a special place in my heart... grew up on those... I will say their new menu that tries to compete w Taco Bell in regards to these pot head specials are rancid.... I'll still take anything DT over TB tho.

You live in CA, there has to be better cheap Mexican food. Here in Southern AZ I never feel a need to go to either DT or TB because I can find local places for reasonable prices with better quality.

For actual mex food yeah... but for a 50 cent bean burrito?

My buddy owns and operates a successful pizzeria here and even he sometimes will phone Pizza Hut for some greasy ass, guilty pleasure. His pizza is phenomenal as well...

Can't explain the urge for some good ole, processed, "authentic" American concoctions..

Never domino's.. one can only go so far.

Anyone have a good oven pork loin recipe?

Pork loin is good with a simple rub. Minced garlic, salt pepper and dried herbs (i prefer rosemary or sage). Also pork goes well with many fruits ( peaches, blackberries, green apples).

I will take granny smith apples, slice them 1/4 inch thick, season with a pinch of cinnamon and salt and roast until they are soft. Top your roasted loin with them. Super simple.

Not sure what your skill level is but stuffing porkloin with spinach and goat cheese is phenomenal.

I usually smoke mine. It's typically done just with a simple rub. But the Wife hates smoked food so I told her I'd oven cook it. I'll go with a simple rub and some evoo. I'd love to stuff it just not sure she'd go with it. Should I inject to keep it moist? If so, what with?

Another good option is to combine a dark jelly and red wine and cook into a sauce. Add whatever spices you want. Good sweet side sauce for oven roasted pork loin with greek spices.

I dont normally inject pork. If you have time, brine it overnight. But really you can just roast it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes out if the pan. It should be plenty juicy. Another option if you are worried about it is to pan sear the outside and then roast it.
