Penrose Vanta. Very different than a normal imperial stout. Almost tart? Maybe a bad batch.

Pairs well with an apple empanada with cajeta though.

I fat washed some Makers with bacon fat today. Currently enjoying an old fashioned with it. Pretty solid.

doing it right with bacon fat! save all the bacon fat for your cast iron and bourbon.
butter is good with rum if you've never tried it.

Central Waters Brewers Reserve Stout. Can definitely taste the bourbon. Very big chocolate flexor and vanilla from the bourbon. I don't even know how strong this is
