Green Flash Treasure Chest 2015. This year it is an IPA brewed with Grapefruit, prickly pear juice and hibiscus flowers. Pretty good though simple. There is the obvious grapefruit and grapefruit rind, you get some pepper notes from the prickly pear juice and a little nectarine and peach. Also it supports a good cause.

Stone Enjoy By 10/31/15. Hmm. This version has a fair amount of grassy/herbal/peppery hops that I don't usually get. I wonder if it is just my palate tonight?

Ok, I think I managed to correct my palate (well at least some). I am still getting some of the grassy/peppery hops but now I am also getting some tangerine, peach, grapefruit and orange as well.

Did some heavy drinking on Saturday.

When I know it's a marathon, I like to go with Rolling Rock, my favorite of the crappy cheap beers. So I was killing those pre-Clemson.

After Clemson took a quick 14-0 lead, I switched gears and threw some Rhinegeist Pure Fury on top of the Rolling Rocks and started to feel quite the buzz. Delicious APA.

At halftime, when I felt good and miserable and needed a real pick-me-up, I cracked open one of my Alpha King's from 3 Floyds. Not nearly as good from the bottle as it is on tap, but still a very good beer.

Once the game started up again, I switched back to the Pure Fury. I did not feel great on Sunday morning.

I'll bet you find a couple gems in there whis...

In terms of a 'beer fridge' I still have the little mini fridge that served as my fridge in college... it sits in my garage right next to the door into the house... that's where my beer resides... no way I could fit beer in our actual fridge, don't get me wrong, we're not rich or anything, but our fridge is usually full to begin with.

Is the Altbayrisch Dunkel supposed to be Ayingers Altbairisch Dunkel? If so that is a pretty good beer.

ETA: Nope it isn't, I found the beer that it is, it is Altbayrisch Dunkel | Private Landbrauerei Schönram | BeerAdvocate

Belhaven Twisted a Thistle IPA... Pretty good. Light, floral but balanced... Different from American IPAs obviously... Much more smoked malt and caramel than you'd expect in our IPAs...
