I'm a fan as well; it is the only Catholic bourbon after all. Well-balanced for an 80 proof high rye bourbon. I recently got my hands on a bottle of 1792 Small Batch which tastes very similar to me.

I really enjoy Modern Times beer and wish I would of tried it earlier. I wish I could give a great review like you but I'm just not that good my friend.

I can tell you this it has been added to the rotation of beers that I buy regularly!

I like Bell's Oracle DIPA but I think that it is brewed in late summer so I am not sure how good it would be now.

Lagunitas High West-ified Imperial Coffee Stout. It is an imperial coffee stout aged in High West Rye barrels. It was $13 for a 6 pack here and it is great. Buy it if you see it.

Also had some Sobon Estate Zinfandel Rocky Top 2013 with some prime rib stew. Better than I though it would be. Some nice tannins, fruit and spice.
