Sounds great!

WF has 2015 Pumpkyn so I picked up 3 between yesterday and today. Pretty good.

Chicken Killer barley wine. Just okay really.

Independence Liberty Lunch. Solid IPA.

Rua single malt American whiskey from Great Wagon Road Distillery out of Charlotte, NC. It's barely okay. Not very complex or balanced. All you get is vanilla sweet and some alcohol. It's aged in new oak barrels and in my wife's words "It tastes like I pulled a branch off a tree and chewed on it." There's no mash bill on it, but I'm guessing it relies pretty heavy on sweet grains, like corn and malted barley. It would benefit from either throwing some sharper mash grain like rye into the mix or aging it in a used barrel that will give it some pop.

I'm bringing beer to my parish's young adults Christmas party tonight. I figure I'd bring the Live Oak Hef and maybe Anchor Christmas Ale. However, since I'm under the impression that the wine will be bad, then I may bring a 3rd six pack so I don't need to drink all of the Hef.

Saw some good news, Stone is coming to South Dakota! We are one of the last states to have them start distributing.

Abita Sweet Orange Harvest Lager... rather good, I enjoy Abita beers generally speaking.

Hope all is well.

Good list, very similar to my own. Thought the peat and DB in the Stone longer uncut didn't mesh well together.

Had Founders Lizard of Koz last night. Wasn't a fan, way too much blueberry.

Yeah hope all is well pkt!

Ardbeg 10. It's taken me a while to get into Scotch, but I've come to realize I absolutely love the Islay variety.
