Watch the UCLA-VA highlights, that VA defense is in trouble this season. It wasn't like Rosen (who I think will be very good) was playing at that high of a level, it was more or less he was playing pitch-and-catch with his receivers. He threw one contested touchdown that was a good grab by his receiver. Other than that it seems he was throwing to wide open guys. Like so wide open he was just lofting passes 20+ yards and not worrying about the defense.

I'm saying this one gets real ugly, real fast. 42-6 ND.

EDIT: I just started watching the extended highlights, I'm getting really giddy now! Rosen never (NEVER!) even looks past his first option and he still was able to throw it to a wide-open receiver every time. He threw a couple badly underthrown/overthrown deep balls, but the kid has Rees-like accuracy in the short game. MZ could go for 500 against these guys if Kelly let him, and I'm not just drinking the kool-aid with that assessment.

After a semi sloppy first half... most first road games are... the Irish get back to business in the second half and pull away convincingly 41-17. Rumors begin to swirl that maybe London is a solid recruiter but lacks in the coaching department. Doc Holliday is quickly mentioned as a potential replacement... hence the silly season comes early.

This is a team that's less talented than Texas IMO. Texas has got a lot of issues. There's a great deal of the Texas fan base ( and boosters ) didn't want Charlie Strong to begin with......,including players. If Virginia keeps this game remotely close then I'll start to really worry. 🍀
