The ads are out of control though. I get all the same kind of soft porn style ads while I am at work - on a computer that can't go through the searches that would cause the kind of ads I receive. When I am at home, I get ads for things that I should be getting ads for based on my searches.

No, you were trying to crack wise and didn’t expect me to get offended. You ignored the fact that it could easily be construed as a gay dig. I will also readily admit to making the no home joke. But do not try to convince me of my own lying eyes. It is a problem because of the Moderator and staff member next to your name that gives you the imprimatur of authority here. I would still gladly accept a simple apology along with one of the moderators that can do something addressing it. The issue was brought up before as offensive with the Ukrainian bikini girls and has moved increasingly pornographic. As it is escalating I thought I would bring it to their attention and your response was unacceptable when my anticipation is that they would seek to address the issue.

It’s all Google Adsense. I generally get normal targeted ads at home and on phone but random stuff (like “meet Ukranian women”) at work. Think it’s something to do with cookies.

Never seen the gay dude thing before lol… as Clash said, we have some limited ability to remove ads from Adsense if they are problematic. But it’s a bit of whack-a-mole, and unfortunately this is the case for every site (ISD, 247, etc.) with ads. Mike Frank has a problem with a bad ad every month or so.

Btw NDomer2, for all intents and purposes, is a “fake” mod not an admin of the site. He can’t do shit and doesn’t know how anything works.

Yeah I can't imagine adsense would allow something like that but I will look. If you are having that many issues, maybe you can try an ad block add on for your browser?

Yeah and my screen grab did not get it at the most lascivious point and when i try to put the picture in here it won’t work unless i choose the small size then it is very unclear but I am telling you the add was super shocking and it popped up in like three different threads as I moved around so was not a one off before i started going all Karen on it.

To be clear — Google has a strict policy against sexual content. That’s why we don’t have Gentlemen’s Club anymore.

We routinely get flagged for something as simple a pic with an attractive girl in it and have to address it. So it’s unthinkable that they would have something like that in their ads. We do not use anything other than Google because it’s supposed to be as PG/PC as possible.
