Once Kuechley and Hightower moved on this became a no brainer, and even then I still believe Manti was/is the best LB in college. If he repeats his stats of last year and throw in 2 or 3 int's, will be a shoo in top 15 pick, even if he doesn't he still probably will be anyway!
