Looks like Korey Foreman may be close to decommitting from Clemson and USC would likely be the beneficiary
To all the dummies thinking SC is gonna suck at recruiting as a rule.
Stop.
ND has to take advantage of the time it will take for the OL to reboot. Besides that, they are back when it comes to recruiting.
Here's hoping that they hire another incompetent to below average coach again after this season.

Will be interesting to see if/how the financial impact of COVID on athletic budgets impact hiring and firing. it will boil down to the ability to absorb the finances, which USC should. Along with the public perception of committing significant resources to football at a time that may look more frivolous than it usually does. Let alone a coach who wants to sign their "big deal" during what could be one of the most significant revenue declines in college athletics in decades.
We will see. Interesting times ahead.

I want to cheer, but that's two opponents off our schedule. Would make it damn near impossible to make the playoffs if the other conferences manage to maintain 12-game schedules.
I think it will extend beyond just the PAC 12. I also think if push came to shove, ND would flex their muscle with the ACC and would unofficially become a football member for a year. Everyone will be scrambling for games.

2) Their recruiting is incredibly hot right now. They’re in line for a monster DB class (Donté Williams is to be thanked). Drevno is recruiting 4-5 4*’s pretty hard at OLine and could get a couple. RB they’ve got a 4* from Texas and two Cali RB’s who like them. Also, I think 9 4* LBers on the west coast and they look solid for a couple of them. They’re really turning it around on the recruiting front so it’ll be interesting to see how they finish up after having such a terrible class last year.
Could play the Aggies the day of the Stanford game (they play Fresno State the same day) and Hawaii the day of the USC game (they play SDSU). Beating the Aggies would be so sweet...
The Pac 12 discussing a conference only schedule, should they go that way we lose USC and Stanford. If Cal schools don't open...

Why not play those games in South Bend?

0% chance that Lane Kiffin is still at Ole Miss in 5 years.
At what point does USC call up John David Booty and see if he wants to be QB2?
