I thought he was fine on everything but the running back situation.
Bennett only asked him four questions, so I'm less inclined to forgive his completely whiffing on one.
I didn't agree with all of it, but he didn't say anything ridiculous. From a person who doesn't follow ND recruiting solely, it's not a bad perspective.
I agree he didn't say anything totally off-base, but his responses were full of meaningless platitudes. I'm sure Luginbill gets paid much better than I do; for six figures +, I could easily have something insightful to say about the top recruiting targets of most major programs, or at least the players in my own damned ESPN150.
Sheldon Day is one of those guys who doesn't weigh as much as he's going to. Right now, he's only about 270 pounds. He's not overly tall, so I don't know how more he's going to be able to pack onto his frame.
Isn't that contradictory? The first two sentences imply that Day is going to be very physically imposing once he gets into a college S & C program, but then he says Day is short, so he may be pretty well filled out already.
Deonte Greenberry, he's really, really good. He's a California kid who's very athletic and tall. He has a chance to be very, very good.
Really? Is this why they pay you the big bucks, Luginbill?
Luginbill and Lemming should band together and make a recruiting service specifically marketed towards people who can't use the internet, because it's the only demographic that could conceivably learn something from the inane crap those two put out.
