This would be my first thread so if it is a duplicate or unnecessary please delete. I don't recall seeing any threads tracking this and thought it might be interesting. If this thread generates any interest I'll try and keep this OP updated. This is obviously not a complete list so looking for help. Thanks!

Joe Mixon's draft day is going to be very interesting. Per reports, he received a 1st round draft grade from the NFL. Lets not forget about his off the field issues that are very similar to Ray Rice.

I think he's got a snow ball's chance in hell to drafted in the 1st round. I'd say the earliest he goes is the 4th round, but he might go undrafted. I would bet that a majority of the NFL teams completely took him off their draft board.

How time flies. That has to be the all time best recruiting thread. Applying for the draft. How did he do at UGA? IIRC, he's pretty small for the NFL. Is he really ready or is this just another ride on the roller coaster?

Lots of quality DL/DTs coming off our schedule next year thanks to the NFL!

Bet they didn't. Mark it, he'll come off the board in the second round and the team will spin it as a "second chance redemption story".

The only thing keeping him from going in the 2nd would be the video. Tyreke Hill killing it this year is probably assuring front offices that it'll be okay.

It's obviously possible that he could be an early day 2 pick. I just don't see it happening. We'll see how well he interviews at the combine; his domestic violence episode will obviously be a hot topic in the interviews. If he can interview well and prove that he has put it behind him, then good for him. But if he interviews poorly? Oh boy...

Tyreek Hill is a good story but the front offices can't ignore the guys like Ray Rice and Greg Hardy. There aren't many Tyreek Hill's in the NFL.

It won't deter the NFL. Most NFL fan bases are different from college fan bases. His baggage won't travel as a full set of luggage to the NFL. NFL teams are notorious for taking high risk players and dealing with the consequences afterwards. It's not quite the same as Ray Rice if you know what I mean.

He'll definitely get a chance on a team as someone will take a chance. But I don't think that risk will be taken until day 3 of the draft.

Yeah, I think he'll interview well. He is a well spoken kid who will be coached up with a redemptive story that gives NFL teams a playbook to sell it to their fans. This also happened two years ago and he hasn't gotten in trouble since, nor did he have a history before. It's an easy call, actually an easier call than Hill as he's not well spoken, had run ins previously and wasn't the prospect that Mixon presents. Hill poses more future risk than Mixon, and while the video is certainly ugly, teams know that it will pass. If I'm the Giants, Eagles, Lions, GB, Carolina or the Colts... I'm grabbing him in the second and ignoring any pushback because I would leave knowing I got possibly the most versatile athlete in the entire draft in the second round. Thems the brakes in the NFL.

JT Barrett staying.

JT Barrett returning to college was worthy of USA Today and New York Times coverage? Interesting. I would think him declaring would have been the bigger news. He is not NFL material IMO.
