Tried catching up from yesterday to today with all the comments. I geniunely wish there was this much outrage when government buildings were being looted and occupied months ago. I really want to put a lot of this in the category of convenient or fake outrage.

How many unarmed black men were shot while looting, burning and occupying police departments? But yet we are saturated with this idea white people/ trump supporters were met with kiddie gloves and soft pillows.

Haven't really seen this since 1812, though, so forgive me for my convenient fake outrage and concern. My ancestors weren't even here for that.

It sounds like some folks in this crowd earlier this week were looking for Pence, Pelosi and Schumer to have something worse than civil discourse with them.

Actions speak louder than words. Precedent was set. Rioting and looting has become a learned behavior as the consequences (in the past) have been minor, if any at all.

I don't know how to change the gears on my mountain bike properly, and I've been riding the thing for three years.

Working in public accounting, I too am sad for a generation that came before mine. I had to call a client and explain to them how to use Dropbox. It's a simple program that is used all around the world. I assumed a CFO of a $50M rev generating company would understand, yet here we are.
