Yes, so much outrage in my mundane post of an official statement from the White House that shows him not taking hydroxychloroquine.

The projection and antagonism is tiresome.

There’s like 2 pages of BS talking about Trump’s treatment at this point. It’s hilarious.

Hah, calling people Trumpers isn’t antagonistic?

My general assumption is that Republicans would not give Biden the same treatment Dems are giving Trump right now. No one can argue that.

Republican leadership??? Because I’ve seen more than a few pretty vile posts and statements over this from average leftists,... I also think the leadership would handle it just fine so idk man. I think your view is pretty warped here.

Everyone loves entertainment.

We'll be here all week.

Agreed. It’s why we’re are all here frankly. Politics is a slow moving train wreck.

That being said, leading with a term like “Trumper” which is intended to show blind loyalty and is obviously derisive is unquestionably antagonistic, no?

Nobody here is a “Trumper” just like nobody was a blind Obama supporter or is a blind Biden supporter. It’s just shitty and annoying. It’s the kind of rhetoric you use to dehumanize your adversary

See - HRC pneumonia 2016. Or when Romney self isolated earlier, and Trump said "Oh, that's too bad" in a sarcastic tone. If we think that the GOP would act like the Dems are right now we're kidding ourselves. Biden suspending the negative ads, we think Trump would stop his?

So you mean Trump. Fair enough I guess. I read that like you expected Rubio, Mitch and most random Republican voters to be laughing about it all.

Yeah you're right, I wasn't clear in my post. Mostly just the Trump campaign. Oh, and QAnon! Lol.

If I get the Rona, I want whatever cocktails Trump is getting. I’m sure he’s getting the good stuff.

Look up other non far right articles about them.
Start there.

I'm not asking you to provide opinion pieces, left or right. You did two things. You likened PBs to nazi xenophobes, and likened some IE posters to PBs. You asked me my opinion on the PBs, and I said they were a bunch of nuts, but don't seem to fit easily into either the neo nazi or xenophobe category, and provided several examples of why.

So again, can you not comment on the following

1. Why would a neo nazi xenophobe group have an extended and civil conversation with someone like Whoopi Whoopi Goldberg? Why would Whoopie Goldberg take the time to have an extended and civil conversation with a nazi xenophobes? Why would a neo nazi group put a picture of them and Whoopie Goldberg on the front page of their website?

2. Why would a neo nazi xenophobe group have a clearly ethnic brown Cuban who says he denounces every aspect of racism, as their leader?

3. And lastly, why would their published guiding principles clearly state anti-racism. And I asked you to comment their guiding principles in general as it relates to neo nazi xenophobes.

Again, I think they're a bunch of nuts, but not sure why you can't have a civil and factual conversation on what seems to be very contradictory situation. You don't have to parrot MSM all the time.

That's absolute bullshit. Time and time again the far right let's him back pedal. He brought up Antifa immediately afterwards. Care to explain?

Not sure what that has to do with your likening posters to neo nazi xenophobes.

What am I avoiding? Lol, is my stance that they're a horrible group of incel losers against your beliefs?

Again, and again, I'll stick to my I don’t-support-destructive-groups-and-I-don't-try-to-humanize-them stance, youre welcome to join me on this or, you can continue trying to white knight for them lol.

Seriously, what are we arguing about? This is certainly one of our more bizarre ones. Trump better get healthy so we get back to those arguments.

If calling them nuts is being a white knight for them (love your passive use of the term white knight by the way). You jumped into and commented about a conversation I was attempting to have with arahop, who basically implied that some IE posters were neo nazi xenophobes. I brought up some very contradictory things, and asked him to comment on them. I asked you to do the same when you stuck your nose into the conversation.

By the way, you know I've said several times I'd love to see the crazies on both sides dropped off on an island and let them have at it. I'm not afraid however of having a factual and nuanced conversation about issues, instead of parroting MSM like many do here.

You broke the cardinal rule of being a plebeian. You looked up source material and didn’t ask your masters to think for you.

Yea, some want to rely on links, and MSM to do their thinking for them. Are Proud Boys crazies, absolutely. Are they neo nazi xenophobes, maybe, but there sure are a lot of things that would suggest they're not a perfect fit . Why some are afraid to simply discuss, IDK.

Yeah after realizing Biden wasn't going to flake on the biggest moment so far in the campaign you were complimentary of him.

My sentiment is more for the people the call Nancy Pelosi Nazi Pelosi or were cheering when HRC was sick during the last election cycle.

My general assumption is that Republicans would not give Biden the same treatment Dems are giving Trump right now. No one can argue that.

What treatment is that? Hillary's national spokeswoman from her campaign and Obama staffer tweeted that she wanted them all to die.

I'm pretty indifferent to the "treatment", they are only doing whatever they are doing because they think it will be beneficial to their polling.

If they are, the cash flow from the properties just pays for the debt service and then some. When the debt comes due, as long as the properties are healthy/occupied, there will be plenty of people willing to re-finance the debt. It's not like the 420M comes due and Trump has to cut a check for 420M. That's not how that works, at all.

There is also value in the properties. So how much is 420M in relation to the value of the properties. It's called Loan-To-Value. If the Loan to Value is reasonable or low, it's a nothing burger, as explained below.

There was a thread on twitter with a lady that explained it fairly well. I'll post them. FWIW, I haven't fact checked the numbers that she's using but this is how commercial real estate works.

Folks in the media are claiming that bc Trump has more than $400MM in loans maturing over the next few years, he is facing massive defaults and will consequently be desperate to cut a deal.

One the the deals journalists have been referencing is a $100MM loan on Trump Tower (1/) https://t.co/qHSrzsOOna
— Molly Prince (@mollyfprince) September 28, 2020

I'm not going to post all of them but she starts a thread and has multiple tweets on the topic.

Generally I will agree with you, debt is good (to a certain extent) however there are two assumptions that are not correct in this current environment:

1. Trump properties are experiencing positive cashflow
2. Said cashflow will maintain stability in the long-term

Neither of these assumptions are valid in the COVID era. Trump's properties (the owned properties, not his licensed ones) are essentially residential TOWERS, hotels, and golf resorts. These are great properties in boom times, however not so great when companies/industries get squeezed due to, you know, a pandemic and all. When you look at how COVID is disrupting occupancy patterns (office and work, place of residence, etc.) and how people are facing diminishing disposable income, I would be very, very concerned if my collateral piece is a golf-resort or a condo project.

The reason why he's been fighting so hard to keep interest rates low and to open up, is to force an economic environment where the stock market stays overvalued. He needs companies to maintain their equity, and he needs the wealthier Americans to feel secure in where we're at. I mean, right now the stock market is bangin' for me. I know the pain is potentially right around the corner, though.

Trump's entire brand is the facade of wealth and power. When, not if, he gets indicted by SDNY and his true financial status is laid out, this facade comes down. When that happens, his leverage on licensing deals falls to nothing. At that point, he will have to go into bankruptcy for the 5th time. DB (ultimately Russia) loses their investment.

Trump’s doctor needs to clarify the timeline he presented at the press conference today. If the 72 hours he said was accurate, it means that Trump attended multiple events after testing positive and revealed his positive test a full day after he got the results. So hopefully we get more information on that sooner rather than later.

It’s also worth noting that, per Fox News, Trump arrived late to the debate and neither he nor his team took the COVID tests they were supposed to take. And his family refused to wear masks in the audience even though they were requested to. Last number I saw is that 11 people from the debate have tested positive.

Trump is currently on a 5-day course of Remdesivir — a new therapeutic that the administration smartly secured first dibs on a few months ago after promising clinical trials.

OMG some of the CNN and MSDNC stuff. CNN now reporting that they had to drag Trump on Marine 1 to go to the hospital.

Looks and sounds fine.

I think Trump should debate Biden from Walter Reed. You don’t stop being president when you get a little cold, with a .00000001% (Or whatever) death rate and some snivels.

And I was very complimentary of Biden in the Debates, and I was one of the people predicting he wouldn’t show up.

All of your assumptions are wrong basically.

Happy Saturday! Bummed we don’t have a game though.

Now that's the spirit!
Maybe he can rally the Proud boys and get them all riled up from Walter Reed?

Toronto's assumptions aren't wrong.
The clan of Trump bullies did laugh and mock that very thing about Biden.

I won't go search for it like did to Old man mike.
BTW
OMM was trying to prove a point about his age group not mattering, pointing out the belittling of the death rate. Pointing out the insensitivities of others like you and some of your ageist remarks and others of the bully clan on here.

He wasn't really going to off himself.
He was just pointing the ageist belittling remarks by you and others.
Like you said about yourself " maybe a few decades to mellow out" another small jab.

For somebody who plays the "Racist Police" you sure go down swinging for your side.
pretty tough to play that card when the President can't denounce racism and tries to invoke a big bunch of knucklehead xenophobic/racist/neo-nazis

I've seen some go to bat embarrassingly time and time again.
I'll group anyone in one or more of those categories.
Cry racist all you want, go to bat for another poster on here who wants to nuke China. I should have called it Xenophobic rage but I wasnt wrong.

OMM cam handle himself and doesn't need me to stick up for him.

A lot of the Trump clan on here can't handle it. Attack, mock, attack, bitch,.moan,.rigged.

Mirrors the President (Who I wish speedy recovery to, no matter if he is the biggest bully, certainly one of the worst Presidents of all time. )
Do you think he would be classy and good natutred if it was Biden who had it?)
Don't go to bat for that either.

potus in his video called it Coronavirus or "whatever you want to call it"
That's a xenophobic / discriminatory comment.
Rally the Proud Boys though.
I'll stick up for good people like Mike and Toronto all day.

Still patiently waiting to find out what dense metro area you live in that makes Manhattan look like rural West Virginia. You ever gonna answer that?

Doesn't Manhattan have the highest population density of any county in the US
