2015 Graduate Transfers

2015 Graduate Transfers

Stumbled upon this article this morning, was wondering what your thoughts are on the graduate transfers and possible destinations.

College Football 2015 Graduate Transfers

1. Braxton Miller
2. Kevin Hogan
3. Connor Brewer

I left EG out intentional because I just wanted to focus on everyone else. Where do you think these guys fit in best based on offensive styles matching potential?

Hogan to Michigan would be interesting, i presume Harbaugh recruited him to Stanford originally?

I read some speculation about Hogan to Texas as well. Would rather he go to Michigan, and leave Texas in the woods at quarterback. I would love for Swoopes to start for them against us.

Why wouldn't Hogan stay at Stanford? Was he passed up by an underclassmen that I didn't notice?

People thought Hogan might leave because they've had a falling out. The reason they had a falling out is because Shaw's offensive gameplans are TUUUUUURIBLE and Hogan thought:
1) They should not suck.
2) Being more aggressive would lead to not only more points but actually give him a chance of developing and getting drafted.

I still can't believe some people at the beginning of the season thought Hogan would be a first or second round pick. I was like WTF...I didn't even think he was draftable, which he proved as the year went on. Haha

They could be nasty this year. OK, maybe not NASTY, but pretty good. They return A LOT of offensive talent including:

Starting QB
3/4 top WR
3 top TEs
4/5 OL
Top 3 or 4 RB

Thank God they're ceilings aren't all that high, but as Stanford has proven time and time again, they can do more with less, and having a ton of experience can only help optimize that.

Hogan clearly didn't grow the way peps thought, but he still has potential to be a very dangerous and talented college QB... I wouldn't laugh at him just yet.
