While our son was at Peyton Manning Hospital for cancer treatment, our 8 year old daughter designed a shoe for pediatric cancer awareness in some contest they had.

Her design was chosen, and tonight Peyton and Eli are going to unbox the “Cleats for a Cause” with her design and mention her name. 4 children each did a side of two different sets of cleats. Hers will be the yellow one.

Peyton wanted to hear about our kids. Their story, their interests, etc.

We sent this picture that was from one of their treatment rooms along with their information, and he responded that he loved it.

We are forever grateful for that hospital, Peyton, and the generosity they have showed us. This is just another amazing thing they do for children. She is so proud to be a part of her brother’s journey.

She was by his side the whole time, and often had to fight as hard as he did to keep us all going.

What a story your kids are able to talk about.

I can’t watch tonight, can you put up a picture of your daughter’s shoe design?
Yes, pics please! Unable to watch the Manningcast stuff tonight but I am so happy for you and your family and all that you have overcome. Absolutely awesome story.

Amazing. So strong for being so little. Much love to you and your family.

Will definitely watch!! And thanks for the tears. Kind of needed something today to make me smile.

Awesome update, Steelhead! So happy for the continued improvemend and cool story. PM just moved up a lot in my eyes.

May the healing train continue to roll for your boy. He'll be in our family prayers tonight!

Congratulations to Big Sister, too. What a great memory for the two of them to share.
