Yankees could win 120 games and then bow out in the playoffs. After they beat the Twins. They're very good, obviously, but it gets tight when it boils down to a seven game series. 2021 ATL proved the regular season doesn't define October.

Once you get to October, throw it all out the window. The sampling shifts to a few weeks. It's almost unfair.

I'm sure the Yankees will go all in by the trade deadline. they'll get whatever they think they need to make a serious run.

Harper eventually got up. He shook as he held his thumb. Frustrated, he shouted at Snell. The two have known each other for years. They texted each other during the game. Harper said they are fine.

Agreed. He’s obviously fiery but I’ve never understood the animosity towards him. I wonder if it goes back to all the hype of him coming into pro ball. From being on the cover of SI (which used to be a big deal) to his quick rise from HS>JUCO>MiLB>MLB, he’s been in the spotlight a long time. I’d take him on my team in a heartbeat.
