OK guys... I have recently quit smoking after 15 years and am in the process of rehabbing my body, so I joined the gym, and am walking/running and hitting light weights.

I recently discovered a slight problem.... I woke up this wekend and, as my family had other plans that day, I asked my wife if she thought I had time to go get my "GYMFLOW ON".....
