Really want Lady of Guadeloupe on the inside of my forearm, but it wouldn't really be appropriate in my line of work. Let's see pictures of yours.

I have two: the Four Horsemen of ND across my ribcage, and St. Michael on my shoulder blade.

*No BS: the artist who did them is Jenna Jameson's older brother. Guy does great work.

No pics yet-will do. Have been a fan of Mr. Tung for years and finally had him redo a tat I got back in 1989 in Germany-practically unrecognizable before he redid it-as well as put some of his own art. Love his unique style based on nature:

Hard to see, apologies

Got my first name in Cantonese on the left side of my left leg when I was a young, dumb sailor in Singapore. Pretty sure I was determined to get a tat that day no matter how dumb it was. Really with I had gotten something else...or nothing at all.

Yeah-it was safe. At least safe IMO. The guy is a somewhat famous artist and after visiting him many times I made the appointment a few months ago as he is booked out for months in advance. Plus, I'm leaving this area for good soon.

INuke-I hear ya, but I also look at those early tats as memories. I almost had Tung cover that old tat up-but it was a reminder from my time living in Europe. Had to keep it.

Planning on finishing my half sleeve sometime in the near future.

Will certainly post pics when it is completed

Btw: awesome idea for a thread. I'm a big fan of unique tats

Thanks for that.

Hmm, bit of an explanation: the piece on my arm is an anatomical heart, and the letters are the first initial of each of my younger siblings.

(I'm the oldest of 6)

My plans are to continue with the black and grey theme, (I've noticed that color tends to fade) and fill in the space between my Pisces symbol and the heart. Potentially I would love to go for a 3/4 sleeve down just passed my elbow though.
