I figured auto correct. As far as Sanchize, that was completely a joke.

Lol. Thought for a moment that I was going to have to ignore your football related posts. My son tells me they are all about Hundley. I do not follow close enough to know for sure but he is pretty locked in and is usually right about Eagles moves.

That would be a good fit for the offense. Hundley could be dynamic there...if he can hold up.

The difference between the Eagles offseason and a Patriots one is the track record of the man pulling the strings.

FIFY

The questions surrounding Chip Kelly are all about the quarterback, and what they will do in that area to become better. It isn't a big deal when someone gets dropped, signed or traded at New England because they don't have question marks at the biggest position of need. That is obviously coupled with the fact that they have a proven track record over the last decade or more.

I actually saw this, and I scratched my head. I was in and out of the room, (folks had it on in the reception area) but most of it was him talking about Chip going Oregon w/ his lineup. Caught a little undertone because cooper had some racist statements attributed to him.

I think you could make the argument Smith was also trying to say something about race...but the major point I got was having to do with Chip gathering his Oregon boys and letting "real talent" go. I could have missed the other stuff.

Whatever...Those two guys are complete dickheads. I mean someone has to fill that air space...but I wish they'd fill it with people I didn't want to curb stomp. There are ways to do that job, and how these two and their producer have chosen to do this is worthy of all of them being ridiculed relentlessly...I just don't think anyone can stand to watch them long enough to gather material with which to skewer them.

Right. Belichick has had that safety net for years. But, Belichick took a liking to Kelly at Oregon. Belichick has always been the "progressive thinker" in the NFL. Always experimenting. Kelly, I think, might be taking it to an extreme, but he's doing what he believes in. I applaud guys for that. It's the teams that don't have a philosophy or are constantly copying the new trend every offseason that fail.

That's why I find this week to be the most annoying every year. All these NFL media morons will declare winners and losers. They'll gush over the big-ticket signings and bemoan the quiet teams. Then, come December they'll tell you it's not the offseason headline winners who are in the playoffs every year, but the smart teams who build through the draft and supplement the roster through FA. Cautionary tales of Dan Snyder, the Raiders, Jerry Jones, Mike Tannebaum, etc.

Like clockwork, they have amnesia in March. Just like so many of these front offices.

This "person" is the lowest ass on ESPN, and they have a few. I should have outgrown this by now, but I curse if I can't switch channels before he appears. What an inflated jerk.

Just do what I do. Only watch ESPN for the games. That way you never get annoyed.

I think these guys are prodded by espn to be on the edge and bring controversy, what other explaination is there for this kind of stupidity.

I feel the same way. ESPN must feel if they're not saying something controversial on these shows, no one will watch (possibly true, have you seen his and hers? Awful). Also so many of their shows are point-counterpoint, the conflict just writes itself. Handle ESPN like Irish#1, watch only for the games and maybe SC, your life will be much better for it.

Dear Chip:

Keep tinkering with that roster.

Sincerely,

Giants Fan

I think we are well beyond the point of "tinkering." He is gutting the roster. He's either going to look like a genius next season or he is going to be run out of town by rabid, crazed fans in the City of Brotherly Love.

In which case ND can swoop in and hire him, as they will be coming off of a national championship season that allowed Brian Kelly to leave and test the NFL.

Stephen A. Smith Delivers Movie-Villain Monologue OnÂMichiganFirst Take

Stephen A. Smith is now openly threatening Kevin Durant on television - SBNation.com

Literally threaten Kevin Durant for refuting Smith's claims that he is close to Durant's inner circle. Saying "You don't want to make an enemy out of me"

Guy is a shit head.

No that's not what he "threatened" him about. Words have meanings and being 100% accurate in your paraphrasing in regards to this story is essential.

Stephen A Smith says that he hears Kevin Durant would strongly consider going to LA in Free agency. Keven Durant responds: "I don't talk to Stephen A Smith at all. No one in my family, my friends do. So he's lying." Smith goes on a rant ending with "You don’t want to make an enemy out of me."

Not sure how my initial post was misleading from this exchange. If I'm missing something big, please feel free to add it.

I guess Durant doesn't realize that if you raise your voice or yell it adds credibility to whatever is coming out of your mouth .

This post is correct. It's very different from your first post. Steven A didn't claim he got the info from KD's inner circle in his initial comment, he didn't say where he got it at all at that time.
