Marcus freeman and Mickens recruited Morrison when he was the DC and as head coach he has 1 recruiting class that's a completely insane argument

Who is the great under the radar talent we’ve found and kept?

Recruiting imo is significantly improved on skill positions vs Kelly but falling behind a little in the trenches.

Recruiting isn’t good enough to be consistently around the top(if that’s the goal, it’s mine). next two seasons concern me unless we hit the portal or grad transfer route great.
How do the next two seasons concern you? Are most talented players on the roster are Freshman and Sophmores

What’s concerning to me is lack of development and playing time with young guys in the DL. If Michigan can play 3 star and 4 star guys as Freshman last year why isn’t a guy like Ford getting snaps or Vernan!? Makes zero sense. Especially considering no one on our front 7 is getting sacks I thought Botello would be a beast this year has he even gotten a sack?

Which is why it made no sense to bow out of recruitments like Mylachi Williams and the Smith brothers or not be as high on Benedict Umeh as other programs were. It’s as if they were content with who they have in the 2024 class. DL (especially DE) is a need in the transfer portal.

Yes I believe Botehlo does have sack. He was on the field yesterday but his name was not getting called which is bad.

99% sure it’s the guy whose brother is a 2026 that is coming. Big ole DT committed Georgia.

Other than Lambert, I believe ND is actively still trying to land another last player.... But who is that?

My hunch is still Beasley but Loy is throwing me off saying it was someone who hasn't been discussed before.
Maybe @NDPhilly is right and it's Jeremiah Beamon
Looks like Beamon visited Colorado this past weekend, so maybe he’s on the market?
His brother is scheduled to visit us?

This is who I’m referencing. I think it’s him. Has a Dartmouth offer.
