A Brazilian soccer ref was beheaded after he stabbed a player to death. Crazy stuff here. There is a video attached to the article for the people that love the gruesome stuff. I could only watch for 10 seconds. Not my cup of tea.

I think it depends on what part of Brazil you're talking about. I don't know what constitutes a 2nd or 3rd world country, but I have been to 3rd world countries and I have been to Brazil, and the parts of Brazil I was in didn't seem like 3rd world to me. Brazil is rapidly developing and not all parts are developing at the same pace. It's a big-a$$ country.

Yeah I was under the impression it was NATO & Friends, Warsaw Pact & Friends, and everyone else namely Africa.
