It is not, really. I assume Harbaugh can still do his job the rest of the week? Just can’t coach the games?

Declaring them ineligible from the B1G title game would be a meaningful consequence and something (I’d think?) the B1G could control. Suspending Harbaugh is a statement but not a real consequence.

It wasn’t a big deal for Harbaugh to miss three games against their shitty opening opponents, but I can’t believe some of you think that Sherrone Moore and Jesse Minter against PSU and OSU (with Maryland in between) doesn’t put them at a fairly significant disadvantage.

Keep in mind the B10 benefits from Michigan being good, so the punishment will never run the risk of ending Michigans championship run. The B10 has won 1 natty in 20 years, this is their best shot at 2. No punishment will ruin that... IMHO

I totally agree w/ that. IF they CHEATED, they should have to vacate wins just like our Irish did, PSU did, etc. IF they are suspending Hairbaugh, why aren't they suspending the OC and DC too, as they were just as involved! It's fuckin' bullshit that they think they can do no matter what!!!

i dont think they are even allowed to around the team for like 24 hours before the game and such. AFAIK Harbaugh watched the games he was previously suspended for from home

Knowing a coach who coached with Harbaugh I can tell you that Harbaugh absolutely has authority on play calls. Which is why this coach left.

Yes, honestly both coordinators would probably hurt more then Harbaugh and we don't have evidence Harbaugh was involved but Stallions was consistently whispering in the ears of both Coordinators. They should all be suspended

IIRC, the vacated wins will have to come from the NCAA and we won't hear anything from them until the season and playoffs are over.

Michigan's record the last 3 seasons speaks for itself. That's when the cheating began. They absolutely should have wins vacated. I expect the NCAA won't nut up and do their job though, because we live in a shitty timeline where our self reported academic issue with a few players got wins removed, and Penn State covering up raping children somehow got their wins reinstated.
