I know many U of M fans. They're all enjoying themselves and confident on the outside.
They still look like they're whistling past the graveyard a bit as concerns OSU (talk about
wanting the third win bad to "shake off" the Gray Presence in the Graveyard role.)
And I don't think any of them (these are adults) really think they are ready yet for Georgia.

Still, JJMcCarthy has almost demigod status in their minds.
... and another odd thing: they never seem the least worried about recruiting.

I think the Ohio State defense is very legit and as long as Marvin Harrison Jr is healthy Mr. McCord can be serviceable at QB1 though he's not great like the guys they've had before him.

That being said, there is way too much going on at Michigan right now, but it may actually be able to rally them together as a united front in the locker room. For all the "disrespect" and "us against the world" cliche bullshit we have to listen to from every program every week they seem to have constant distractions that are not having to do with or the fault of the players. So those players can likely band together and just keep playing each week despite the adults doing bullshit around them.

Word is that Michigan and Harbaugh were working up a new contract. Again. This one would make him the highest paid coach in the conference (current members I believe). The timing of this certainly is not good, but in the brazen world we live in, there is nothing to stop that new deal from getting done at the moment.

I don't even know what the timeline or parameters of an investigation into these issues looks like. It's such an unprecedented allegation.

the fact that this lines up perfectly with them "ascending" is so so good. Will forever taint this run.
Will it? Seems like convenient, gimmcky shit to keep them in the spotlight since their schedule is so bad no one's otherwise interested in anything Michigan thus far. Just like the fake outrage over 4 game "suspension".

It's pretty clear the NCAA has an axe to grind with JH and now has even more ammo. The fact that the ENTIRE Big10 is pissed off, makes me think they will pay a price. The question will be whether it impacts this year or not.

I barely want my own friends to know I am attending a Rutgers game. Wildly stupid move by this guy to go to one of their games under his own name, regardless of the legality of his actions.

LOL on the clown EJ twitter post as fans thinking he is filming the game and not the sidelines like is reported. The delusion is unreal.

The denial and copium is worth the read.
MGoBlog is equally golden right now.

The few guys openly admitting that scUM could and will likely face penalties I’ve this are being raked over the coals.

“What’s wrong with a guy who likely has a military pension using that extra money to send some friends to ballgames that Michigan didn’t even play in?”

That’s an actual post lol.

Edit: One guy questioned that Stalions was active long enough to draw a pension AND THEN these dudes speculate that he probably has some sort of disability for which the military is paying him and financing his independently-run ticket scheme. Hilarious 😂

Vick was yoked like a RB with speed. JJ is built like maybe a taller Johnny Football.
But JJ may have a Heisman when all is said and done. Easy to see the talent he possessed while only seeing the field half the time.

Let me guess.... blah blah blah ..... rogue employee ....... all done behind Harbaugh's back ....... blah blah blah

The group-think take has evolved to Harbaugh knew that this guy was a genius at stealing signs, but had absolutely no idea about how he was a genius at it.

To be fair, if the top of the UM staff was specifically aware of this I think they would have hid it better.

But it's Harbaugh's job to know what's going on in his program. It's the same reason Fitzgerald gets held accountable for hazing even if he didn't know about the specifics. It's his job to keep everyone in line. Otherwise you create a ton of perverse incentives.
